This Privacy Policy describes how SyncMate Pro ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Service.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, organization details.
- Integration credentials: OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Intuit (QuickBooks Online) and BQE Core. Tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with a key only the server can read.
- Synced records: the entities you choose to sync (clients, vendors, employees, projects, invoices, payments, time, expenses, charts of accounts) and their metadata.
- Operational logs: sync run history, errors, and timing, used to diagnose issues and show you sync status.
2. How we use it
- To provide the sync between QuickBooks Online and BQE Core.
- To authenticate you and your organization members.
- To diagnose problems, secure the Service, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your data.
3. Sharing
We share data with the third-party APIs you authorize (Intuit QuickBooks Online and BQE Core) strictly to perform the sync, and with infrastructure subprocessors that host the Service (Lovable Cloud / Supabase, Inngest). We do not share data with advertisers.
4. Security
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. All API traffic uses TLS. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. No system is perfectly secure; if you discover a vulnerability, please contact us.
5. Retention
We retain account and sync data while your account is active. When you disconnect an integration, the associated tokens are deleted. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at the address below to exercise them.
7. International transfers
The Service may process data in jurisdictions other than your own. We use standard contractual safeguards where required.
8. Changes
We will post material changes here and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
