Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SyncMate Pro (the "Service"). By creating an account or connecting an integration, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SyncMate Pro synchronizes data between QuickBooks Online and BQE Core on your behalf using credentials you authorize via OAuth. You remain the data controller for the records you sync.

2. Account & eligibility

You must be authorized to connect the QuickBooks Online and BQE Core accounts you link. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights of others, attempt to access data outside your organization, or interfere with the Service's operation or security.

4. Integrations & third-party services

The Service depends on third-party APIs (Intuit QuickBooks Online, BQE Core). Their terms and uptime apply to your use of those systems. We are not liable for third-party outages or changes to their APIs.

5. Data & privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You grant us the limited license needed to read, transform, and write records between the systems you've connected, for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Fees

If a paid plan applies to your account, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect integrations at any time from the Dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app or via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
