Months behind? Catch the books up from the statements.

Hand SyncMate Pro a year of bank and card statements. It reads every one, adds only what the books are missing, and reconciles each statement period against the statement's own balances.

Drop the whole pile

  • PDF bank and card statements, Excel or CSV exports, a month or a year at a time.
  • Each statement is placed under its account and its own statement period, not a guessed calendar month.
  • The same statement uploaded twice is recognized and counted once.

Every statement has to add up

  • The lines a statement was read into must match its own opening and closing balances, to the cent.
  • When they don't, you see which figure disagrees before anything is posted, and you can correct a line by hand.

Only what is missing goes in

  • Every line is matched against what the books already hold. A line already in the books is left alone.
  • Each line is coded from what the client's team decided before, the company's own history and your written coding rules, with AI suggestions for the rest. Owner's draws are never guessed from a merchant's name.
  • A transfer between two of the company's own accounts posts once, not twice.

Post where the books live

  • QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop through the Web Connector, or SyncMate Books.
  • Every line carries its own ID, so a line already posted is not posted again.

Reconciled, period by period

  • Each statement period is proven against the statement's balances, then locked once reconciled.
  • Months QuickBooks already reconciled are recognized.
