From statements to closed books, by your agent or by your team.
Here is a CPA firm's path through SyncMate Pro, start to finish. Two workflows run through one engine: your AI agent does the work, or your team does it on screen, with the same rules either way.
- Step 1
Apply and open your firm.
SyncMate Pro is in private beta. Apply, and once we approve you, you create your firm.
- Step 2
Bring your team.
Invite your staff as admins or members and assign each one the clients they work on.
- Step 3
Add your clients and connect their books.
Add each client, then connect QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop, or keep the books in SyncMate Books.
- Step 4
Choose who does the work.
- Agent workflow
- Connect Claude through SyncMate Pro's secure connector. It works inside the clients you can open, with your role.
- Manual workflow
- Open the client's Books page. Every screen the agent works through is there for your staff, with the same rules.
- Step 5
Feed it the paperwork.
- Agent workflow
- Hand your agent PDF bank and card statements, Excel or CSV exports, or check images, a month or a year at a time.
- Manual workflow
- Drop the same files on Books, a month or a year at a time. Each statement is read and checked against its own balances.
- Step 6
Approve the work.
- Agent workflow
- The agent reads every statement, codes each line from the client's history and your rules, matches it to the books and lays out what is missing. You see every change before it is applied.
- Manual workflow
- SyncMate matches every line to the books and suggests the payee and category. You work the flagged lines in one spreadsheet, mark them Ready and post.
- Step 7
Reconcile and lock.
Each statement period is proven against the statement's own balances, then locked once reconciled.
- Step 8
Report.
Run the profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and aging, compare periods, and build a management report with an AI-drafted executive summary you can edit.
Two workflows, one engine. Your agent and your staff work the same books, by the same rules, and both show up in the same audit log.
